You can purchase a CD for $10. Just check the “order CD” when you check out to have the $10 added. Fill in the required information such as address, etc. and will will burn end send the CD with 72 hours from the time of purchase.
Once you have purchased your designs, there is no time limit for downloads. You can go to your account at any time to re-download previously purchased designs.

Yes, you can pay by check. In order to do so you must contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to make your request. Please leave your name and contact information, email address and phone number along with the designs, format(s) and sizes you would like to purchase. We will get back to you within 48 hours to make arrangements. The designs will be sent via email once the check has been received and cleared through the bank.
We except credit card payments through a secure on line payment terminal, Authorize.net.You can also use your credit card with Pay Pal even if you do not have a Pay Pal account. Just process through the cart and when the payment window comes up, simply choose to pay by another method, follow the prompts to enter your card information and you are set.
If you need a different format then what is offered, you can inquire as to the availability of the format you need by; emailing us at email@example.com before you purchase any designs. If you would like to purchase in a format we offer, process through the cart as normal and write us a note in the comments line when you check out requesting the format you want. We will get back to you within 72 hours regarding the availability of your requested format.
Yes, you can purchase designs and sell up to 50 items with any one design. If you would like to sell more than 50, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need a special license for additional quantities. If you are planning on any type of commercial distribution a contract will be required.

If you have forgotten your password you can retrieve it by going to the account log in page, entering your email address, and clicking the “Lost Password” button.You will then be sent an email with your password.
The first step is to verify the email and password you entered is correct. You can ask for a new password when you are signing in and a new password will be sent to you.
Once you have placed and completed your order, the designs will be available for immediate download. A download screen will come up as soon as the order is processed. If for some reason your download is interrupted, you will be sent a confirmation email from Kreations with a download link for your designs. You can also go to Kreations sign into your account and download any current and past designs from your purchase history.
Yes, On the menu bar across the top of each page you will find the “Design Showcase” link located there. You can also contribute pictures of your creative projects using designs from Kreations.
